Blind worship of players is fatal-says Calicut pro-VC
It is usual to have expression of admiration towards football players.However,it is fatal to take extreme steps in the name of worshiping great players-said Dr.P.Mohanan,pro vice chancellor of Calicut University.
He said,taking one’s life as the response of the failure of one’s admiring football player was dangerous.Such a type of emotion is negative-he added.
He urged youngsters to come out as stars in various fields by doing outstanding activities than simply admiring great people.
Youth should show their talent and use their willpower to reach new heights.
Education must be more value-based-he said.
