Patients should report any health problems immediately to the nearest primary health center or to health workers, Asha Worker and Ward RRT. The health team ensures that the homes selected for home isolation have access to vehicles, telephone, internet and other basic amenities.
Do not allow visitors under any circumstances in homes equipped with home isolation. Patients should monitor themselves daily for red flag signs (shortness of breath, chest pain, spitting blood, irrational drowsiness, fatigue, dizziness). Those who are under home isolation should eat a balanced diet and drink plenty of water. Adequate rest and eight hours of sleep a night are essential.
