Calicut University will publish it’s BA final result before May 15,earlier than the schedule,it is learnt.
Joint Controller of Examinations M.K.Pramod has issued a circular to employees to report in the office to meet the task of finishing the tabulation duty.
As per the circular, all employees should report in the section on Saturdays,Sundays and holidays.
Final year BA examination ended on April 4.
58 evaluation camps were completed by April 28.
Due to the parliament election ,university’s routine works have been hit.Vehicles of the university also were taken for the election duty. This caused delay in the tabulation works.
Determined Joint Registrar, Assistant Registrar, and all employees are set ready to work hard to fulfill their mission to publish the result,on time.
“University is taking all possible steps to publish the UG results as early as possible so as to enable the students to seek admission for PG courses.Last year UG results were published towards the end of May. But this time, due to the concerted efforts of teachers and University staff, we are much ahead in whole the process, despite constraints on various fronts including shortage of teachers at Centralised valuation camps”

The number of students appear in Calicut’s BA examination is huge,compared with MG , Kannur and Kerala Universities.
Non-tabulation duty staff are re-deployed at tabulation section to meet the emergency task. A crisis management wing is also operational,here. Assistant Registrar RA Molly is in charge of this wing.
Vinod,Vandana,and Dileep Kumar have been made as special liaison officers.
