The one-time registration will provide easy accessibility and avoid the hassles of signing up. “The ERP users can take admission by sitting at home and continue their studies without any difficulties through CareerBook,” said Ketty Cherian, CEO, D’Katia. He added that around 150 schools in Kerala have already signed up to CareerBook.

As all online sessions are automatically saved in the accounts, students and parents can access the videos at any time. Another feature of CareerBook is that no student will miss classes due to internet breakdown as the platform has automatic video recording feature. It will also enable the teachers to always access sessions and the management to review teaching methods. Ketty Cherian stated that no other platform has such a feature. The attendance of students will be automatically recorded through School ERP. Another highlight of the platform is its feature for classes in both audio and visual formats. Even if the students are not present online, the teachers can create video of classes and power point presentations and share them in the digital video library. The students can attend classes by logging in the school software during the time of class. Another feature of CareerBook is that it does not need to share links before each classes.

Besides, the online conferencing tool of the platform could be used to engage eminent teachers all over the world. The institution could also bring trainers for online sessions and also keep online payments and registration system for the students using CareerBook. Ketty Cherian said that invoices of payments for external teachers and trainers could be created automatically by the system taking into account the duration or number of online sessions conducted by them.
