Kerala-based start-up BookMyDay to organise Kerala’s first-ever Virtual Wedding Expo

The COVID-19 outbreak has changed our lives drastically. Virtual Reality has gained traction among people within a few months of the pandemic.

•           The expo will be held on October 9, 10 and 11 from 9 am to 9 pm
•           Vendors from across Kerala can participate and interact with customers globally
•           Provides equal opportunities to customers and vendors during the pandemic time
BookMyDay, a Kerala-based start-up which is a one-stop-solution for event planning requirements, is all set to organise the first-ever virtual wedding expo in Kerala ‘BookMyDay Virtual Wedding Expo’ featuring vendors from all districts of Kerala on October 9, 10 and 11 for the end customers. The expo will be open from 9 am to 9 pm.

A prominent personality will inaugurate the show which will also have the launch of the concept of the startup ‘s upcoming project “BOOKMYDAY “App here customers can meet all their requirements related to event planning and execution.
The virtual wedding expo intends to connect those who are in the planning stage of their wedding with vendors without any hassles. A highly convenient platform during the time of COVID-19, vendors can set up their e-booths and people can browse through the vendor profiles sitting at the comfort of their homes from anywhere in the world and make arrangements as per the convenience of both parties. A visual treat, the Bookmyday Virtual Wedding Expo works exactly like a real expo. The only difference
being it’s held online.A mutually beneficial platform for both vendors and visitors, the virtual wedding expo upholds transparency in business. While it opens a huge wedding market to the listed vendors and ensures their presence online, it lets visitors choose from numerous profiles in their locality. The COVID-19 has adversely affected many businesses and pushed many to the verge of shutting down businesses. It also lends a helping hand to the vendors who have been struggling to meet and interact with customers following the pandemic by allowing them slots.

“The industry is going through a difficult time following the COVID. Our idea of organising this event is to create newer ways of engaging with customers.Through our virtual luxury wedding expo, we provide a platform for both vendors and customers to meet and interact. It is a common platform for them to virtually meet and communicate, pre-plan, get multiple options, make a perfect plan, make bookings. More than 40 categories are open for customers to choose from.  Let us make an opportunity from the new normal and keep growing,” says Nishin Nassar, a young entrepreneur who founded BookMyDay. From designers to makeup artists, photographers, event planners, caterers, bakers and travels, the virtual expo will have participants from all categories required for a wedding.Visitors can log in to the expo, explore e-booths where vendors will exhibit their profile and photos and videos of their works, and connect to suitable dealers through a chat or a call. If required, they can download brochures of potential vendors. Instead of a face-to-face meeting, virtual meetings can be held online where customers can communicate their priorities to sellers.

All these services including registration are free for visitors. For more details, mail to  info@bookmydayexpo.com Or call 9288001010
