Kerala Education Minister Prof.C.Raveendranath has said Kerala will soon become a digital state in education.He was inaugurating the new building at Kunduparamb Higher secondary School in Kozhikode,today.
Currently,classes from eighth standard to 12th in Kerala have already turned, digital.
In second phase,standard one to seventh will turn digital, within three months.
School laboratories also will go fully, digital.
“Previous learning system focused only on collection of information.Today’s education requires exchange of information into knowledge. Then only,students’ thinking power will enhance”-the minister said.
“We are trying’ to make Kerala,the best state for scientific education. Schools not only need infrastructure,but beautiful ambience also”-said Raveendranath.
A.Pradeep Kumar MLA presided over the function.
He said all efforts would be taken to improve the standard of education in Kozhikode district.
Mayor Thottathil Raveendran inaugurated the centenary celebrations of the school.
Principal M.Bini Begum welcomed the gathering.
