Many creative suggestions have been received from the gathering for the UDF’s ‘People’s Manifesto’
Merchant community raised their issue for reasonable compensation for shop evacuations as part of road development.
Leaders from IT segment suggested action plans for IT revival in the district.
Pravasi (Non-Resident Keralites) organizations demanded special consideration for Pravasis when UDF government comes in power. Ramesh promised to do due consideration for the Pravasi community.
The call for Calicut International Airport’s runway expansion also heard in the discussion.
Women-friendly Kozhikode city is another suggestion came for consideration.Women who arrive in the city need hygenic toilets and feeding stations-heard from the gathering.
