‘Let women express themselves’

Anu Koshy, Global Head for Diversity and Inclusion at UST Global, brings to bear nearly two decades of
rich and multi-faceted experience on the complexities of running corporate programs across
geographies, serving 20,000 diverse talent force, has has served in leadership roles running large scale
digital enablement and transformation programs globally, in Business Development, Global Consulting,
and Strategic Account Management.
Anu channels her passion for entrepreneurship and innovative thinking by leading UST Garage Ventures,
an entrepreneurship program for associates. She also spearheads D3 (Dream, Develop Disrupt) – UST’s
premier annual global technology conference that has taken the India tech scene by storm, by being the
largest conference of its kind in India. Anu cherishes opportunities to be a strategic advisor by providing
sales and delivery oversight for Costa Rica geography. She has previously managed a portfolio powering
digital transformation for a Fortune100 Healthcare payer’s technology portfolio.
Anu brings her energy and zest for life into everything she does. She is based out of Los Angeles and is a
passionate youth counsellor and teacher and likes to relax by dabbling in culinary experiments with
international cuisine.

SHEROES Summit

SHEROES Summit is a high-energy series of multi-city events, a coming together of
thought leaders, and members of the SHEROES community, together with choices at the centre of it all.
This year, the summit is taking place across Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, and
