My next movie is based on gender issue: Vidhu Vincent
Vidhu Vincent,the winner of best movie and best director in the state film award says her next movie is based on gender issue. She was interacting with media at Tagore Centennary Hall premise in Calicut on Tuesday.
She was here to participate in Women’s International Film Festival.
She has said it is a honor to get the award.
“The government also is giving a message.The question is whether the people capture this message.It is definitely a good sign in Malayalam.
My challenge is to make people attracted to my movie with a message to the society;a political intervention.”-Vidhu says amid many congratulating calls she was receiving from her friends and well-wishers.
“My food for thought is media profession.As part of the media activity,I could travel all over the state and meet different people.Actually,journalism made me what i am today.I have not left the media field.I just expanded its potential.It is just an extended version of media profession.”
