One language campaign unnecessary:Dr.M.G.S

India has a great tradition of multiple languages and there is no need to consider one single language as the national language,opined noted historian Dr.M.G.S.Narayanan.
He was speaking at Calicut University in connection with the National Youth Day seminar,organized by the department of politics and history along with the Youth Welfare Board on Tuesday.
All the fourteen languages should be considered as equal.Our constitution makers also had the same vision.
Hindi and English should move connected with equal importance.However, in later years Hindi was considered to be the prominent language by spending huge fund.a wide network of publicity campaign was also held for popularizing Hindi language-he said.
