We are living in a time of various applications. We call it apps in short. And these apps are the result of the digital revolution with computers, laptops, internet, smart phones, tablets and much more devices. Whenever a new app comes, the old becomes out dated or lesser important. However, we are losing a genuine human application; that is smile amid our busy schedules…and it should never be outdated!
And the digital trend is emerging rapidly to lesser known horizons. Young and old alike rely on these apps to build a wide social network and news updating and what not. On the other hand, smile in real life, the most precious one; is missing somewhere. It is not just an essential ornament to one’s personality; but a stress buster and health pill to energize you with a positive aura. During your daily mobility, it is easy to notice how people are glued to smart devices and failed to give a smile towards another human being.
Smart devices are necessary in this time of reformation. And, these definitely help us to achieve many tasks even during our travelling and off-time. At the same time, we should not forget to use our genuine smile in need.
A smile can’t be replaced by a smiley!

While engaged in online world, most of the users are not bothered about their surroundings. Your old friends or high school teachers sometimes pass over without interrupting you .You really miss a chance to smile. Otherwise you may smile to your device, enjoying the joke your virtual friend shared online. Generation x or y?!These questions are rather irrelevant in the case of technology. But the only difference is that the young outnumbers the old in the use of smart apps. The technology has grown in leaps and bounds …
Since child hood, human beings are blessed to practice this divine activity; smile. When infants smile, everyone presented there, get a positive flash. Sometimes moms see their babies smile with the God during their nap. This is the unique and most innocent smile in this universe. When toddlers grow little more, they are able to start a social smile. This is the stepping stone of a sound social relationship.
The genuine smile is more beautiful. It originates from your deep heart!
Enmity is diluted. Negativity has been vanished! Modern medical science also proves the healthy reach of smile. This simple method helps our muscles to act freely. Nothing can be compared to start a good communication other than a smile. Enemies can be friends and friends can be more rewarding. In love and relationships, one can conquer hearts with a winning smile.
There are many popular smiles in the history and the Purana.The smile of Monalisa has always been a topic for debates. Its charming misery is a source of inspiration for witers. When an angry Yashodha rushed towards Little Krishna to beat him up for his naughty deeds, she just lost with Krishna’s ever charming smile. Cherussry defines those scenes in his poem Krishnappattu.
Maha Kavi Akkitham recited in his poem,
‘The epic of twentieth century’:
As I expend a smile for others,
Shines within me a full moon, eternal and serene.
Today, people are familiar with social contacts rather than social contracts. But the social contact type friendship is possible to lose somewhere. Now a day, smiles have become just emoticons that stand a click away! This kind of activity can be added or deleted anytime. On the other hand, the real life smile is long lasting forever.
Each one’s smile is unique in its way because nobody can imitate others smile, perfectly. Just do it or re-restart this application of love and trust.
We are all familiar with politician’s smile, especially during election campaign, even though those high voltage applications are more than genuine as people know.
If you missed this magic spell of humanity, just recover it within to make life more meaningful. This is the application that never should be outdated.
