U.S.president Donald Trump supports Saudi Arabia,UAE,and Bahrain for isolating Qatar.The gulf neighbors took serious steps against the LNG rich country ,for allegedly funding terrorism.
According to BBC, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait have all funded extremists in Syria but pulled back under US pressure, while Qatar, which likes to see itself as a neutral player and potential intermediary, has dealings that are arguably murkier than the others’.
But Qatar’s Foreign Minister, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Abdulrahman al-Than, said: “There is no single evidence that the Qatar government is supporting radical Islamists.”
Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain announced on Monday they were severing diplomatic relations and closing air, sea and land links with Qatar.
Meanwhile, there are reports of hectic diplomatic initiatives in the gulf region to find a solution in the recently , emerged crisis.
Qatar people are largely depending neighboring countries for food and other imports.
