Sadhguru, Yogi, Mystic and New York Times bestselling author was in Kozhikode to inaugurate the Kerala Literature Festival.

Describing the growing important of literary festivals, Sadhguru added, “I am glad to see that literary festivals are picking up like never before. Many young people are moving from 140 characters to literature. Language is an intricate and phenomenal expression of human mind and literature is a wonderful expression of it.”
Sadhguru was also in conversation with journalist, TV anchor and filmmaker Sashi Kumar and actor Manju Warrier. Sashi Kumar launched Sadhguru’s latest New York Times, Washington Post and Amazon bestselling book – Inner Engineering- a Yogi’s Guide to Joy.
Sadhguru was conferred with the Padma Vibhushan, India’s second highest civilian honour, last month for his distinguished contribution in the field of spirituality.
The Inner Engineering book offers the reader a sophisticated guide to self-empowerment and a means to create a framework of inner balance and wellbeing, based on the science of yoga.
